Hy-SPIRE at ICE 2025 to present its TEA

Sookyung Kang – researcher at the Center for Sustainable Energy of Fondazione Bruno Kessler – participated in the 5th International Conference on Electrolysis with the presentation entitled “Techno-economic analysis of proton conducting ceramic electrolysis“.

The presentation focused on high temperature electrolyser cost mitigation strategy through manufacturing process, stack performance and cost analysis.

ICE 2025 took place from August 25-29, 2025 in Freiburg, Germany.

At its 5th edition, the event is rapidly becoming a key platform for PhD students, academic researchers and technical experts from industry to share breakthroughs in electrolysis technology, particularly in its role in energy conversion and green hydrogen production.
